The reason I ask, is I have never heard of them. I did some searches on here and see a few guys mention them for underbody coatings. As I checked out their website, I notice they carry about everything, fillers, adhesive, epoxy, underbody, and etc. I saw one of the "big time" tv shows using there products, so It has me wondering how good are they... https://wurthusa.com/
German/global company. I've used a lot of their products including tools, grommets/fasteners, paint related things like sealants etc...good stuff.
Some of the best stuff on the market but expensive. they make just about anything there penetrating oil is amazing they make a penetrant with refrigerant properties to crack bolts loose a spray anti seize that works great like I said great stuff But you pay for it.
I’ve used a lot of their stuff over the years, it is high quality. More hot rod content: www.ironandsteele.com
Used their stuff since the early 90s. Best products I have ever used. They have the best undercoatings I ever used. They were/are the suppliers of products used for European car makers.
A worth product is much better than standard 3m on the higher end products a lot just depends on what you are used too. I would personally prefer Worth over 3m if the money is close.
Wurth is an excellent product. I've used it for years. We even had them put in a full cabinet of body clips and nuts. High priced, but good stuff.
Quality products and their SKS Stoneguard product is the best undercoat I've ever used. I won't use the bed liner type products. They provide no cushion against stones and virtually no sound deadening.
I’ve been using their synthetic grease in a tube for years.....wonderful for just about all purposes.
So you would recommend it for the underside of fenders, running boards, bodies, etc.? Is it one coat? How much area can you expect from a spray can? Or is it available in quarts with a spray tool? Thanks!
Definitely for all underneath surfaces. It comes in liter bottles. They make a gun that the bottle screws directly onto and that has a long feed tube. I just use my undercoating gun and a can that I saved that goes with it. Depending on the car and how thick you like to apply it, it will take 4-6 liters. You can build it up with one application, no multiple coats. Clean yourself and the gun up with water. Good luck!
Pretty good products they are a popular supplier of chemicals and shop supplies like fasteners and zip ties to many of the OT shops in the north ATL. Especially shops that specialize in Eoupean cars.
