Make Wal Mart "richer"? Yeah, I'm sure Dan (et al) had a soft spot in their hearts for The Walton Empire, so they decided to allow them to prosper off Garage's huge profit margin. Come on. How about saying, "Congrats, Stoner, glad to see the hard work finally starting to pay off." And if OCC-wearing fools buying/reading Garage is a bad thing, too bad.

Got my copy last night at Wal Mart. Haven't really sat down to check it out yet, but looks cool from what I saw of it. Glad to know it's now available in town where I can actually find a copy. Thanks!

Yeah #10 has some real cool stuff. I like the Friday night fights thing too and the Last Gasp(p92) black and white says it all!!!!

 

i got mine about a week ago at Tower.the new"owner"looks like he is pumping some dough into the magazine.thicker paper,nice staple-less binding and a non-stick cover (but i guess you had to with Tera involved) either way,good to see garage back in the swing of it.maybe with jesse's money and the staff's good taste in all things hot rod,we will get the full 6 issue's a year!nice work stoner..keep it up

 

Hey Stoner..I just got mine today and its great..well i have other words but the family is in the same room so i am being PC..I'm looking forward to the upcoming issues....Since Jesse has taken over does that mean i dont get to bug you once a year when i am going to the Rumblers show finding out where my mag is?? Just kidding..cant wait to see what you guys come up with next

I picked mine up the other day at Tower Records. First thought was, "Wow, nice satin finish cover, hey, waitaminute! Tera? Who's my new bathroom buddy?".

Then I read the articles. Still one of my top three mags to read. And I'm a HUGE car magazine *****.

Nice job, and I hope you got some extra bill-payin', rod-buildin' money out of the deal.
