I found this similar one online. The guy posting doesn’t know his origins either. But they are both ‘supposedly’ antiques.
If it has splines and a taper key it will be a GM type product. A taper with key is a ford product , what does this wheel have?
It's not an early GM as they have taper and key way and two holes thru the hub for horn rods - no splines. Also the back side of the hub is extended to fit into the column not inset like the OPs. This is a 35/36 Chevy banjo or what's left of it, for reference. My guess would be a modern style repo of sorts. Mitch

Banjo wheels also came on later English Fords. In my experience, when you find an unidentifiable banjo, that's what it is.
