well,,as of 11:30 sunday morning, it's in paint! but,,,my digital camera is broken, so maybe if junkyard junky is reading this he will stop by with his cammera after work?!?!
You know Sammy, if you put new batteries in them things they usually start working again. Can't wait to see what you've done with the '56. Bet it's KOOL!!!

and its not a hardtop ,not running stock hubcaps and its sitting about 12 inches lower than that car riding on hydros,, yeah junky stopped by last night with cammera,but i had the car already color sanded down getting ready to buff and touching up a small spot on door i wasnt happy with,,, so anyways,,its just ANOTHER red & white 56 chevy,,you seen one youve seen em all!!! so no need to be anxious to see it,,besides,,i still need to buy new sidetrim grilll and taillights (things it really needed) smell ya later!

the Christine reference was not intended to be a mention of the color of the car,,but rather in regards to how this ***** has been fighting its new colors! haha,,,,a good friend with a homemade spray booth offered the use of his facilitys last weekend,,,so ,,,on the way home after a LONG *** weekend of pianting,,i drove it home and on the way the car caught on fire,,,hahaha,,,yes,,it was just electricall,,real weird what happended ,,but after wards no big deal,(but a pain in the *** none the less,,,),i made it home,,,,,then i pulled her in the garage and i have overhead flourecent lighting,,but there are two lights that are standard bulb lights that i usually light up when i first walk in,,as soon as i lite one up it not only BLEW out,,but ,,but,,it flipped the circut, which has never hapened,,, ,,,HOWEVER,,,not to long ago before i had 100% decided to repaint my car ,,,i was watching "CHRISTINE" (for the 50-ish or so time)and the shot of CHRISTINE smoking the tires with no hubcaps and slamed to the ground while the BULLDOZER was trying to run it over it was an insperation,,,,that is one of my favorite scenes....
I call ********, you are putting that dudes face on the hood. Such a new trend (next will be Milners face on the hood of a 32) that you are not ready to break out and have all the wannabe's copy you.
