https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=3247081538731525 1948 Chevy Stylemaster 2 door sedan project. This car was built in the late 80's with that era of streetrod style. The car had been sitting for awhile before I got it. Its has a great running 1968 327 4 barrel Q-jet with and powerglide trans. The engine has had a minor tune up, oil change, wires and new distributor. The trans has new fluid and ****s great. There is a GM column with the shifter on the column. The suspension is all from an AMC Pacer. Power rack works but leaks little. The rear is a dana 35 with highway gears. I'd guess 2 something ratio. It has power brakes new lines on the front and a few new one on the back. The brakes work well. Both the rear main brake line and fuel line had been changed before so I didn't mess with them. Just blew them out. It has a new 65 mustang gas tank mounted in the trunk. Charging system works but the lights will need to be wired. Does have a new trans cooler and electric radiator fan. The stock radiator has some small leaks. I did get it out last weekend and drive it around. It drove like a car that been sitting but not bad. Some of the cons on the car is the side window gl*** need replaced. The interior is pretty bare. Most of the body work and patching was done backyard. Filter and crude patches. I do have bumpers and a grill In my opinion this car sits somewhere between basket case project and ready to drive. And is why it priced at $5000 obo. I do have a good PA ***le in my name.
Worked on it some last weekend. Added more pictures. Also the Transmission is a turbo 350 not a power glide
