Projects Can anyone identify this hubcap?

  1. I had a 62 comet with the same wheel covers- they were factory option- 13 inch wheels though

    Whee covers are used in Scotland and Ireland, wheel covers everywhere else...

    One thing we know it's not a target. If it was nailed to a log around here it would have bullet holes.

    I learned something today.....
    A "hubcap" is technically the small cover over the center of the wheel, while a "wheel cover" is a decorative metal or plastic disk that snaps or bolts onto and covers the entire face of the wheel. Cars with stamped steel wheels often use a full wheel cover that conceals the entire wheel
