Funny I just ask earlier about a place to make club plaques and the only one i knew of was O'Briens but never had any feedback from someone who dealt with them. Sounds like i found what i needed.

Sorry i missed your question earlier, I definately would give Dennis a big thumbs up! He did palques for us way back in the 80's and I contacted him last year to see if by any chance he still had the art work for them...He still had several of the old original plaques left! I got a great deal and a great product from him! Really good to deal with.

    Dennis is my HERO!

The best thing about him, above and beyond his quality product and service, is that he CARES about YOUR product.

We had a dude wanting a THEM! plaque real bad, told him there is no way he was getting one as we hold them close and he said, "No problem, I know that's an O'Brien Truckers plaque. I'll just buy them from him." This freaked me as the dude sells this kinda stuff at shows so I called Dennis and he ***ured me he will not sell club plaques to anyone who isn't authorized by the original purchaser.

That is cool. Just ask the Texas Them! what happened when they ordered thiers from someone else! :D

Dennis has been doing our Road Knights plaques for a long time now and we have had nothing but perfection. in fact the plaques we get from O'Brian are far superior to our original ones done in the 50's. They know there stuff !

It is a remote oil cannister...remove the top unit and spin on a oil filter.
In my car ,there is no room for the oil filter to spin on the block.
I run lins from the jug to the engine with a return line as well.

  25. Back in 1987 my dad and I showed our 55 Chevy at the Boston World of Wheels. on the way out of Boston on the M***. Pike our ignition died. At midnight in the middle of nowhere the car stopped running, that means no lights no heat, nothing. Keep in mind this is New England in January. And no we were not towing the car....we were driving it home to Connecticut. Dennis sees us sitting on the side of the pike and pulls over. Finds out what is wrong and makes arrangements to have our car towed to a friends body shop about a half hour from where we were. By the time we dropped the car off it was close to 3 am. Dennis stayed with us the whole time. Another friend gave us a ride home. By the time my dad called Dennis's friend he already had our car diognosed and fixed. This guy donated the used ignition switch he had laying around and would not accept any payment for the labor.

Dennis is a great guy and has a great network of friends as well.

One other thing about this story is that Dennis did not even know us, to him we were hot rodders stranded on the side of the highway and there was no way he was going to drive by and leave us stranded.

Dennis you are a GREAT guy.... Thank you

O'Brien Truckers and all it's staff have been quietly doing a great job for this hobby for more years than most of you remember. I think if you just give them a holler that they will send you a catalog of their product line.

If anyone's contemplating ordering plaques from O'brien Truckers, do it. I've heard good things for a long time and was still surprised by the amazing quality and detail.

I know they make a really nice finned aluminum coil cover. I ordered mine through Moon. You might give them a call.
