I pulled this off a car that is sitting down down in a creek near my house and I can’t figure out what kind of car it is.
The three lions with red/white/blue triangular sections was a Ford thing from 1950-ish thru the 60's.
I can try to get some pictures of the car in a week or so. I need to hike out to it. It’s been in the underbrush and the creek for who knows how many decades. I’ve lived here for 35 years and it always looks the same, all brushed and missed over sitting in the creek where it was dumped at some time in history.
Here is one I took back in 2018 from above, where the logging road used to be. Admittedly... I know this picture is almost useless for identification. But to give some idea of the area. I’ll try to get down to it to take some more. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
That's not what he has, his is all die-cast. Does look like a roof pillar trim though, maybe a bit later and for a lower-line model.
Ford used a variation of that emblem in a lot of different places. This one, similar but obviously not exact is a 63 Galaxie grill center emblem placed in the hood release lever.
