Englishtown nostalgia drags...whos going?

    Hey guys...anyone going to the funnycar reunion and nostalgia drags ?...I will be there running my 1948 Austin with NETO...I will be parked with a AA
    altered called alley oop...both cars are black...and my duelley is white and lowered 8 inches....please stop by and say hi...Ill be the one doing the big
    burnouts...its my favorite part of the run....see ya there...BC

    **** this place...last year it cost me $50 just to get into the show, they charged $25 per person in the car, and it would have been another $28 to run my car...what a waste of money.

    The FCR has always been a one day event. E-Town has issues with the local township in regard to noise regulations. The township only gives E-Town so many noise or "Non-Muffler days" per year.

    The drag strip was there before most of the high priced home. The drag strip has been on the short end of the stick due to political pressure and new resident complaints.

    The event could be more than what it is...

    Be thankful for the HAMB Drags. It might be a haul for some, but it is one of the best traditional drag events in the nation.
