    I couldn't find any specific info other than I translated some text from another site that also posted it.

    "Chevrolet with open top in the Netherlands for rent at garage Siewertsen, 1938. The passenger car is photographed with the roof open in front of the showroom with the inscription "Luxury Chevrolet for rent without driver" on the windows."
