Hey! I have just obtained a '64 Chevy LWB Stepside P/U. Does any one have any ideas or photos of something similar? I love the retro/ratrod theme, and I need some ideas on what to do with it, and I was wondering how popular they are. I really want to fix it up and sell it so I can get a Metropolitan, 60-63 falcon wagon, nash wagon, or chevy II wagon. Killer-D and I have a few ideas, but we would love to hear from you guys! Thanks!
My guess is that there isn't much you can do to the truck to increase it's resale value, without spending even more money on it. If you don't want to keep the truck, then sell it now. Although it's really hard to say, since you didn't mention what condition the truck is in....?
It is in really good shape, my bf is a custom painter/pinstriper, so we were thinking about flat black with white scallops/red outline. lots of 50's style stripes and red wheels, slammed to the ground. We was just wanted pics of grille/taillight treatments and stuff of that nature.
One of the nicest I've seen had to be Earl schieb's .It had 1100 and some louver, flat black, dump truck grille, beautiful red interior and BIG BLOCK.
