***Poor Boys CC Midnite Mass***

Just got back from Sacramento and have to say that was a GREAT show. I've never been able to make it before due to scheduling conflicts but I will not miss it again!!! Great job to all Poor Boys involved, I had a blast!!!!!!!

Gotta agree with Big D. That was one great show. Never went before last night and won't miss another!!!

 

I'd have to say it was the best year by far and I left early at 12:30! I can't wait to hear the stories from the people who stayed in the hotel...did anyone even bother trying to sleep? Did someone finally say screw it and start a burnout contest? There were LOTS of ladies...gotta be some stories about the pool!

Oh yeah, the Poor Boys logo projected up on the side of the Marriot was pretty bad-ass!

I was sooo fucking drunk!! We got to the hotel at happy hour, it all went downhill from there! Lots o' girls!!! That show frickin' rocked!! I didn't see any HAMBERS that I knew or at least I don't remember talking to any. There was a Chevy with a shiny blue firewall that had a HAMB sticker on the window, but I couldn't find the dude that owned it. I think my buddy Jeremy broke his foot falling down drunk, but I don't know for sure (yet)!!

 

I think that dude was wandering around with a beer in one hand, camera in the other, looking for ladies and HAMBers

It was a great show and a great turnout. Weather was perfect, great cars and a crowd having a great time. Did'nt meet many hambers but recognized a lot of cars. Mark

No Scott I didn't break it... just sprained most of the tendons in it. Doc says I'll be in this brace and on crutches for about 3-4 weeks. I hope I didn't hurt anyone in the process or make to much of an ass of myself..

That was more of a party than a car show. I mean there were a lot of great cars there, but there were so many people to bs and drink with, I mostly forgot to look at the cars.

Any word from the hotel in the aftermath? More than a few times, I saw upper management hotel staff looking guys running around with a sorta panicked look on there faces - like the natives in a movie right before the volcano blows up!

Hopefully we'll get to come back next year...it was great location. I wish more people had their show at night - gives it a whole better aura.

Damn, I'm still drunk.. Thanks to all of you for coming out.

As far as the hotel is concerned, I think we got lucky and things went well with them. Dealing with them was sort of pain, but the place was pretty cool for what we wanted to accomplish. Our biggest problem was food and liquor. They ran out too fast on the bar and didn't prepare like we told them for food. Also we had our roach coach flaked out and that would have helped. Personally I was drunk @ 6:00 PM and puking at 3:30 am. Sunburned and my feet are fucked. Just trying to recover. Glad I didn't have to get up real early.

Otherwise, we had a killer turnout. 300 or so cars and an estimated 3000 plus patrons. The vendors were money and bands/DJ kicked ass. No real fights that I can recall and parking was cool. We tried to get everyone parked together and think we did that. Thank god it wasn't as hot as last weekend..

Club turnout was awesome. Thanks you all for rolling hard.
