Well, it may not be very photogenic, but I'm excited. This is a swivel bench seat from a '60 Chrysler. Obviously it's going to need to be recovered. But all the mechanism is there and functional. All the switches, solenoids, brackets, and flimsy plastic covers are intact. The seat springs and the return springs for the swivel mechanism still have all their paint - no rust at all. Here are pics of the seat: http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a274/46Tbird/score1.jpg http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a274/46Tbird/score2.jpg http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a274/46Tbird/score3.jpg Anyway, I know it's kinda funky, but I like it. Gonna go for something like this in my '57 Plymouth wagon.
I also got a 383HP block from a '69 Road Runner with a .030" overbore and fresh cam bearings. If any HAMBers near me want it, let me know, I'll make a helluva deal if you can use it. http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a274/46Tbird/score7.jpg http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a274/46Tbird/score5.jpg Also got a set of 1 5/8" whites on fresh Chrysler 15" wheels. http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a274/46Tbird/score6.jpg Plus a bunch of other stuff, including a full set of nice trim off a '59 Dodge 4dr HT. Weird. Oh yeah, I got all this for free. I'm a lucky guy. Thought I would share.
