Lol there's a mill close that gives away their end cuts but i have a guy close that pretty reasonable. The coal temple is about 45 minutes from me. I haven't touched it, have you seen the forecast? I get the feeling it's gonna get much worse!! But you're welcome to come sit on the tailgate and cheer me on once this melts lol ;)

We're right on the cut off line, we might get ice or just cold rain, have to wait and see. We're on the lower edge of that winter storm watch for tomorrow. Hope the frozen crap misses us! After spending last week in the hospital, I'm not venturing out anyway.

I'm ready for spring. Cold weather sucks!

  5. Most of our trees are still standing here, but the cold is just now starting to ease up a bit. It was -40* here Sat morning. I was nice and warm in bed until about 9:30 and didn't go out until about 2:30. Still chilly out but doable. I hope everyone is staying warm and the ice and the damage caused is not too long lived.

I saw a temperature chart of North America for Friday morning. I copied it and put a circle around where I live. Too bad there is no prize for being in one of the coldest parts of North America.

This was last year in my garden. The rabbit has a new name now. Lucky.
He survived with a fright and was unhurt. The wind was close to 95 mph.
