I need a lot...I know! I've been through the sticky but a lot of the links are dead.
I'm getting ready to drop in the motor/trans for the first time just to check clearances and make sure everything fits where it's supposed too. This is just a preliminary install. I'm about to order up the basic necessities to do the deed.....

    Front sump oil pan
    Oil pump tube and screen
    Dirt cheap headers
    Motor mounts (not using polyurethane)

Can't seem to find an AOD trans mount. Can I just use the stock '93 Mustang mount or do I need something else? Many more questions to come!
    Thanks in advance!

You can use the part numbers to find the mounts on ebay probably less money than local.

Using the mounts posted above in my link above are all over the counter parts and you will save about $140 over the Butch's parts and it's plenty simple members have been doing it this way for over a decade and it just works good, I like the Butch's 15'' kit for 1952-53 Fords but not for '54 and later Fords the over the counter mounts are the way to go I think you can find some use for that $140 you'll save too. :D

Would these work on the 59 custom 300? I’m going from a 223 6cyl to a ‘87 5.0 HO. Swapping over to carb With the ‘90 ranger rear end.

Absolutely ! It's been been done numerous times in the past. I guess I'll ask the question I'm sure some members are thinking, why would you swap out your 9" rear end for the Ranger rear ?

Been waiting for that. My car is a driver now, but has some questionable spots on the frame. I have a 59 4dr I rescued from a wrecking yard without a rearend Been gathering parts last couple years to build a ch***is to set my body on . I have a 87 5,0 HO and ranger rear enD to go into 4 dr I’m just building a dependable driver to take on trips, so the 9” isn’t that big of deal to me This way I figured I could keep driving my car while doing the ch***is and not have it torn apart a year or longer

If I remember correctly, the Ranger had leaf springs mounted on top of the axle vs fairlanes and the stronger Explorer units.
You'd need to get your Spring Perches relocated.

Only thing I would do is go with headman headers over the Ebay ones, cheaper headers can have fitment issues or extra work needed to make it fit properly. If you do go that route, please let us know how it works out!
