Just did some business with Murf from Under1981.com. He just delivered a parts car to me this afternoon, a car that's too new for the HAMB, but has a lot of pieces that are good for a HAMB friendly project. He's about 2 hours from me in middle Tennessee. Murf and Charlie put it right where I wanted it, made it an easy deal for me. I know Murf is on the HAMB occasionally, and advertises parts here. He has a lot of pre 65 stuff, and is very reasonable, I think. There aren't many left like his yard anymore, so I just wanted to tell the HAMB about it. I've dealt with him before, always turned out well. Take a look. Thanks, Bill

Great to recognize good humans, especially when they are car guys, (and gals).

He's in the country, Grimsley, Clarkrange, Jamestown are in the same area. Fentress county, I believe. ***berland Plateau. These are all little unincorporated towns, don't think the population numbers are very high in the whole county. Good country, where hopefully people are left alone to live their lives. That's probably why Murf can operate his yard, without any gov interference. Well, I hope he can operate freely. Sorry I was vague about the location.

  7. Fentress county is correct .
It’s about 50 miles or so from me .
And you are right,,,,,usually people leave them alone,,,,because that is the way they want it,,,you know what I mean ?
If you have ever seen the movie Sgt. York,,,,,that is the area he was from.
Hard working people that expect you to respect their way of life .

Thanks for the business Williebill and for the nice shout out!! Be glad to help anyone i can keep the old cars on the road and out of the crusher! if you have an old car within 100 miles or so of Jamestown, TN give me some pictures and a price before you send it to the crusher. i will help many people save their cars and stop it from becoming 157 Kia's and 237 washing machines. yard 1.JPG yard 2.JPG yard 3.JPG
