dealer installed optional seat belts: where and how did they mount?
    Front and back.
    Are any photos available?
I am not sure that a hole somewhere in the floor and a big flat washer underneath the anchor bolt would be a good idea.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks

That's exactly how mine were installed! Hole in the floor, eye bolt and a big fat washer. Not sure if they were a factory option or installed by someone else. When I reinstall them I'm gonna at least weld a 1/4" plate under the floor. The 2 holes to the right are drivers side seat belt mount holes. Same on the other side of the tunnel.

The big round washers supplied with the seat belts for the underside should be enough

After much searching I used these anchor plates under the floor for my 55 which never had seat belts. The eye bolt and washer system will tear through the floor according to what I read so these are engineered to not tear through. I just hope I never need to test them. Also, the first set of seat belts I bought were too short, they were okay with the seat all the way back but when my wife moved the seat forward then they were too short. If you have an option I would go for the longer belts.

The outter rear seat belts were actually mounted to the wheel well.
Someone posted the fomoco diagram some time ago.
Drilling thru floorboards (carefully, there's a lot going on under the rear seat) and using large washers/backing plates is fine.
