I s****ed all of the old seam sealer out before I sprayed the whole body in epoxy primer. Now I’m starting to move toward paint and wondering what to do about the seams - specifically seams in the door jambs and under the drip rails (see pics). Seam sealer? Body filler? Should I completely weld them or is that a bad idea/waste of time? Spot weld them every so often and then use sealer or filler? I want them clean and smooth so if it takes a little more work to do it I’m okay with that. Any advice would be appreciated.

I think welding and then the effort of finishing them too would be a huge effort.easier and more practical to seam seal.no worries about burn through and warping.you will not gain any strength as they are already factory welded
