Known by many loved by all! Art Boune p***ed away Sunday Mar 7th in his sleep. Brother and pioneer in racing technology, and a compe***ive racer in his youth. He founded ART Enterprises, introduced the offset side panel wings first used in WoO SprintCar racing. Ran West Capital Speedway under Don Tognetti. He raced Midgets, Super Modifieds and SprintCars. Pictured at Hughes Stadium, he developed the Chevy 2 Engine in that car. A great man and so much more.
