When I read your title, "HEAVY CHOP", I was thinking a 4 inch high windshield. A windshield the same height as a inspection sticker.(NH). Good job, well done.
You don't waste time. Good chop. The paint you chose looks like the color called medium greystone that's on the Chevyvan I bought new in the summer of '77.
Thinking about doing something similar with my firewall. What did you use to attach the pad? Sent from my moto z4 using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
Finished the dash, converted the temp and oil press to mechanical using the original face’s Seat coming up next

Very well thought out and executed Custom.. When I saw that Rik was in on it, I knew that you were on the right track. LOL As a old, long time custom car fanatic I never thought that I would live to see this art form continued like it has in recent years. Bravo !!! Torchie
Looks really good. Can you tell me where you got these skirts? I’m looking for a set for my ‘47 Mercury. Sent from my iPhone using H.A.M.B.
Got the skirts off eBay for a very reasonable price, they were rough and rusty They weren’t listed as Ford skirts just universal, but I rolled the dice and it worked out great I think they repop them
Thank you. To quote Brian Wilson. "God only knows." I see that one of the people that had it and then listed it for sale still posts adds on here. I have thought about contacting him and asking him but I'm not sure I want to know. On to another custom anyways. Chopped and sectioned 49 Dodge Coronet. Torchie
Hey, it's finished. Good job. Looks nice. I often visually block portions of projects to imagine how it's going to look.
