    I just bought a 1957 ranch wagon!!! Scored her for $1800 bucks. I spent $250 on all new brakes and now she runs and drives perfectly. Woo hoo!!Heres some pics (click)...

  3. Nice score! Any idea on production numbers? I know of one in the bush.Although trashed I,m gonna scoop the rear diff out of it.Cool ride for an investment of only 2 grand....

    Damn that was cheap, and fully roadworthy with just brakes? Who says old cars are getting too expensive? Seems to me that the deals are out there now!

    at least someone was able to get a reply from that seller,sent him a dozen emails, looked too good to be true was thinking it was a scam,, nice score!!!

    its a long story, but in short.....the owner of the car passed about a year ago, and the family put the car up for sale when they didnt really want to sell it in the first place. thats probably why you received no response. I was friends with the owner, and the family was happy to see the car go to someone that knew him.

    Ranch wagons are cool, and it looked like a really nice project! Stance is nice, but I would'nt call the flat black paint & that "stuff" on the headlights an improvement though...
