Just found this Studebaker in a friends barn.
Thinking about making an offer.

I think that is a Tucker.

 

Offered $800.
He’s asking $1500.
I thought that was a little high for a more door Stude

 

No. The owners last name is McGillicutty

 

Four doors are just parts cars. I would not even give the $800.

 

That looks just like my '50 Ford...except mine is a much more desirable 2 door.

 

Had one just like that. Except mine was a red 2 door with a 6 cylinder.

 

If ya cut it up into 2' sections, ya could probably get $300-400 for it from the s**** dealer.

The engine is out but laying in the trunk.
Seems to be all there.

 

There is a barn full of those,the guy here in Homested Fl. can't even give away !!!-

The place is always playing the same music over n over ;

 

Looks like the only major part that’s missing is the radiator.

 

So the radiator hoses are in good shape? Lemme check my stash. I bet I have a radiator for it.

 

At that price, I'd expect him to deliver it. Looks like a good candidate for an "S10" swap!

 

Maybe even cut the top off and make a "sedanster"!

I would try n go lower, cool front end but more door ain’t all that desirable.
