    I know of Revell's Highway Pioneers but I've never seen the V8 Hot Rod.
    One part of me would urge to leave it alone but I'd have to build it (simply).

    Revell also had a ‘32 3W in the Highway Pioneers series, I never had the Hot Rod but I did build the Jalopy.

    That is a great find, looks to have all the parts and instructions, there was no decal sheet for this model.
    The V-8 Hot Rod was originally released in 1953, yours is the 1960 re-release, it is the exact same kit in a different box. Again, really cool find.
    Attached is a picture of the 1953 model kit.

    Nice find.

    Here's my built models. The painted pair are later issues, in polystyrene. The unpainted one is a first release made of acetate. Regular cement won't touch the stuff.
