Found this at an auction. It's about 5 inches long. There's got to be a bunch of auto related paperweights around, right?
Here's one I posted back in 2011.. It says 'PONTIAC FINE' on one side of it and 'TEMPEST' with some other illegible script on another. Been years since I've seen it but it's a neat piece. Belongs to a friend with a wicked-bad dual-quad 389 4/speed '65 Tempest.
Here are a couple of paper weights I found at different times. Both were constructed for(by)Hoover Ball Bearing late of Ann Arbor Michigan. What I liked about them was I was employed there in 1968 and only found them about a year agne is a large ball supported by a bunch of smaller ones and spins readily. The base has some type of a measurment scale on it. The other is just a standard ball bearing(looks like a tri five outer front wheel bearing)that has been cut away to show the construction. It is from a later time as it is marked Hoover-NSK which was after the two companies merged.
This one isn't quite automotive related but it does have a vehicle in it. Made for LTV(Ling-Temko-Vought);a company that makes military equipment including aircraft, this Multiple Launch Rocket System shows a rocket in mid air encased in a very heavy plastic.
