1952-59 Ford Weird build of the night.

    Saw this on Facebook,the car was a four door made into a roadster and is powered by a Corvair engine in the rear. :rolleyes: $_1.jpg

    This build was on the main board a while back but I can't seem to find it now. Reminds me of a grown up version of a pedal car.

    Lot of room for golf clubs up front! Looks like the windshield wrap and top of tub were perfected. Nice work...just wish they would have left the engine in. with that nose...a V10 !

    It’s sounds like it went through owners and May now be powered like the original version. Curious about the EV conversion if it happened.
    Thanks way to derail my morning.
    The unsually long nose is crazy.
    You do have to admire that some built this drove it and loved it. And it still exists. look up his IG account, this guy loved it, it was well travelled too.

    the car certainly has a unique look and it is obvious that the guy who built it was dedicated to his craft. However, can you imagine having to lift the body off the frame to check the brake fluid or to change a tire? If you read the thread you will find out that is indeed what he has to do... wild
