Hi Bill I just end searched for local ombudsman who covered Bayonne New Jersey as that's the port I was shipping from and it was around five or six years ago now so didn't save details. Honestly mate just find ombudsman for where the **** up happened.....you won't believe the way rinkens fold when the threat of the ombudsman is there. As I said in the pm they will try to lowball you at first, but as far as the ombudsman is concerned rinkens will have to reimburse you the amount you are out of pocket minus the first $500 you are liable for.....much the same as your typical car insurance.
