Air Bags-who's got the best deal?

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by Groucho, Aug 7, 2006.

  1. Nothing fancy. I'm thinking on bagging my 60 Pontiac. I don't need the thing to go side to side or hop or any useless ******** like that. I think i "DO" want seperate solenoids(?) so it won't lean going around corners. I don't need it to come up FAST, just not so slow you can't see it move. New only. I saw a full page Ad in R&C on some "new" guy with low prices on some items, but i could NOT access their on-line catologue for the other parts

if you want to "keep it in the family" hit up Kustombuilder here on the hamb. otherwise, your next best bet is Suicidedoors.com. they have good quality stuff at the fairest prices. i've dealt wit both and have no complaints.

Too bad we can't get a vendor that sells air bag parts to give an Alliance discount. Seems like the hotness these days. I know I'm planning on it. I've spent many a hour on suicidedoors.com planning and wishing.

    Groucho,

I bought almost all the fittings, tank, compressor, lines, solenoids, etc. from:

    COMOSO
    1022 W. Burbank Blvd.
    Burbank, CA 91506
    818.238.9273 tel
    818.238.9283 fax

In the shop there is guy that knows about airbags and he can tell you what you need.

    Good luck

This shop is not an airbag shop but a parker fittings, BUT...they got almost everything (escluding the on-off-on switch) to do your own setup at your own budget. Plus one of the worker knows how to do the bags and he has a 60's chevy.
I found this place when I was in holiday a couple of years ago.
