So I found my dream forever ever car a 1933 5 window. Been looking for years only to find one less than .5 miles away from my house. Last plated in 1966 been in storage ever since. WOW what a find. The coupe didn't have a motor or trans but I have a 53 Merc a T5 and 40 pedals. Now for the question. HOW DOES THE PEDALS HOOK UP TO THE THROW OUT ARM? Pictures would be great.
What bellhousing are you using with the T5? There are different kinds available. Ford-style arms rotating a shaft like pre 39, or an idler shaft like 40 and up, or a late bellhousing like a 53 Ford with a side-push arm, or a Chevy style arm in your Offy bellhousing.
do not go hydraulic. Go with a set up that uses the clutch shaft and rotating fork, 39 pedals and a 39 lever on the clutch shaft. way easy to hook up and is very light with smooth action/engagement. Hydraulic clutches are problem some. If you hace to go with a hydraulic, use and external slave cylinder, not a hydraulic throw out bearing.

I have a flatty to S10 trans, used a plain ol standard master cyl and lined it over to a slave from Krylon/Cornhusker.....works great, and a LOT easier than dealing with rods and bellcranks imo.
