Can someone please help me with the protocol for including photos with a post? I take it you need to create an album first, but am unsure of how to do that. Thanks.
If your using a phone you can copy them from the photo library. Same with a computer, only I use the browse feature. Hit the upload a file at the bottom and pick where you want the pictures to come from and select the photos you want.
If you are on a computer click on upload a file. Then click on the photo you want to save off your device Depending on the speed of your computer and internet you may be able to upload several at a time. My slow as Molasses home internet lets me do one at a time[ When you have the photos uploaded decide if you want full size or thumb nail photos . Then click post reply.

You have been here since 2016. This is your third post. And now you want to post a picture. You need to come around here more. What Mr.48chev said is the easiest from a computer. From a phone I have no Idea.
Can't wait to see what's in the Barn maybe 3 vintage Hotrods......Come on Daniel fire them pics up...I'll help get your likes going...
So instead of helping the guy you want to bash him because he's been a member for 5 years and only has a couple posts, maybe members like you are the reason why he doesn't post. Now back to the original question, you need to let us know what you are using to communicate to us, I use an android phone and it's completely different from the example shown above, so let us know what you're using.
....only much smaller. Which may not be a problem, if you can see things that small Just find the "upload a file" button, click it, then do as directed. Beware that if the image file is too large, it might not work.
Hello, For me, the easiest way is to not use your stored phone photos, but to use the jpeg files saved to your computer or laptop. Just copy and send to the larger files on the laptop. Now, you can take those files and copy/paste them onto a Word Document or any blank doc page you use. The small phone or tablet screen is not worth the problems they will create. Once the photo is on the paper, you can adjust the composition and get the background crap cut down to a good looking size. Now for the experiment. Copy the cut down size photo and go to the post thread. Now, the correct size photo shows what you want to say and it fits with the total story description. Unless, of course, you just post the photo and don't care or don't know about the history of the photo. If you practice using the thread post box, then you will know how your photo will look along with your story. If you make a mistake, delete the post due to an error and start again. Jnaki For me, I have never used the upload a file tab, but I have used the more options tab. Other people have used what they feel comfortable with, so that is up to you. Photo composition is just as important to showcase the hot rod or scene of hot rods. Not the whole surroundings with poles or unnecessary "things" cluttering up the main emphasis... your hot rod or parts of the hot rod. Good Luck and practice makes perfect. Don't worry about the errors, just delete and start over to make a goof-free post. Save photo, adjust photo, paste to Word Doc, edit/post to HAMB thread box, and post final decision to HAMB threads. No need for uploading photo tab usage. (do your editing first, then post.)
