    Not a 40 Chev. Too short and it only 1 rear stud. Same style tho. I don’t understand the hole on the side. Most of that era had the wiring in from the bottom. Seal beam indicates very late 30’s or early 40’s

    I don't know if the sealed beam bulb is original...I thought it might be a late 30's Packard?

    1939 chevy driver side seal beam not stock-hole is for adjustment
