I couldn't believe it when I saw the picture of the Frank Mack T from back in the day. It's my all time favorite car, the reason I got into this crazy hobby. Is he still alive? If so, thank him for me.
Sadly, Frank passed away a few years back. But he was a good friend and a true charactor and craftsman, ( the $15 dollar deuce thread was about him ) He was also a Road Knight, his pallbearar's included 4 Road Knights ( Harry, Clyde, Bob and myself) a family member and another friend. we really miss him a lot but he was well into his 80's and survived 2 strokes and 3 heart attacks. He passed on Aug.15 2002 with Marie by his side. This is Frank in summer 54 in Traverse City Mi. with his aunt that wanted a ride in a Hot Rod,........
Zgears that pic brought back alot of memories I use to ride around in that car when I was a kid Jerry`s car was the coolest and the bum use to charge me 25cts for a ride for gas and just take me around the block boy did i get hoodwinked .....
This is me, back in the day (1955) with my first car. My pants didn't need cuffs. If I did I'd look silly. I was a big hit with the ladies.
