Cool thread ,but wasn’t expecting the huge variation on what folk perceive as Maroon , anything from plain brown/red oxide they candy red and dark purple . Two of our club cars i see as close to maroon.
Hello, We all like a nice rear end. Even though the front of this coupe is pretty nice, too. The rear photo shot brings out the color in different ways with the sun and angles. This Model A coupe has a nice set of teardrop taillights, cool black coated wire wheels and a nice Maroon paint. Jnaki The sun was trying to break through the cloudy overcast sky, but it did cast a neutral atmosphere for a good color photograph. A muted shadow is the result of a cloudy or overcast day. To paraphrase the beginning comment: “It is a nice Maroon paint that accentuates the Model A rear end.”
I p***ed the color blindness test at my army physical. After going through this thread, I presume many of you did not p***.
I was going to say...it wouldn't surprise me to see some green ones here - including actual hot rods - but they are probably in the orange thread.
