Hot Rods 1931 Deluxe Tudor Sedan (Help)

I recently added a 31 Sedan to my small collection of cars.
It's in great shape overall with very little rust , super straight body....all original and obviously an older restoration (I'm guessing early 70's or so). I bought it because of a great price with possible plans to do a body swap onto the original 32 frame currently under my 31 pickup, but with it being so complete I'm struggling a bit with separating it and cutting it up.

My question, if anyone can help is, does anyone recognize the dilapidated decal on the windshield?
I'm not sure if it may be from a restoration shop or maybe a Model A club/group.

That is pretty nice, bit of a unibrown interior, but looks like it is in good shape. Fresh for a hot rod redo!
