Technical Tips on pounding out a dent

from admiring the results of your avatar and knowing that you have a wealth of skill, I was hoping that you would also (please) give your advice on how to repair it.

 

Like one of the first comments, turn the fender over in the gr*** and stand on that dent, 90% will come out.

 

Since you work in wood, I’m sure you know, don’t waste your money on the cheap hammers. Good tools are just that.
