Well, here's where she stands now. folk's at Howery's here in Ventura ***embled the drag link, tie rods ,etc to make the front suspension complete. they Also dialed in the brakes (repaced the m/c, I guess the one I had was bad, adjusted and rebuilt the rear drums). This weekend I took out the steering box (It's too sloppy and will get rebuilt). But I was able to cruise it around (It felt Good!). I have to re-do the rear bumper over-rider, the license plate doesn't fit right, so I fab it to where it extends to how I want it. So I'm goona place it just above the top of the bumper and sink it abour a 1/4", like they did in the late 40's. Also, the inside is getting there. the carpet is in, the dash wiring is done. The hood is in Riverside and ready to be on when I drive out that way. Later. Ken
It's a 68' 327. It seems to have the right power. Not sure what the internals are (i.e. cam spec, port spec, etc.). It goes thru a turbo 400 and to the rear of a 12 bolt with 4:11. Though it was a mess when I got and has change dramtically to what it is now. Thanks Ken
