What grit sand paper should I use to take it down to metal. Any suggestions for electrical sanders? Or should it be chemicaly striped. Any help or comments please.

A little more expensive but alot easier. Media blasting. Shop down by my house charged $450 to do the entire outside of the car. Or if you want to sand it down. Use a random orbital sander with 60 grit.
