Happen to run across these guy's at the show "HotRod55" & "savoy man"

 

It was a pleasure meeting you, it ended up being DAMN HOT. So we bailed about 3:15 or so. Too bad there werent more cars there. But none the less it was a good time.

 

Nice meeting you hatman! When I found this site I had no idea i'd actually talk to people from here in person. Had a good time today. You forgot to mention I just sprayed those flames on the 55 2 days ago. That has been an evolving car over the last couple of weeks.

Did Merc's come stock with a translucent red steering wheel? I vaguely remember clear lucite on early 60's cars.
