    Does anyone know how old he was? It was quite a surprise, one day I am reading a post of his and the next he is gone.

    As stated above, he was a wealth of knowledge and he was very willing to share. He helped me out on a couple of occasions, I'm sure he helped many of us here. He will be missed for sure.

    Well, son of a bitch. I wanted to meet him someday and bench race about sedan deliveries and small block Chevies. Recently, I bought a Hurst floor shift from him for my '40 sedan. He was so full of info from the early days. I will miss the dude. RIP Bud. To young, just too young !
