Yeah, tried spit, dish soap and even a anti-fog stick compound that was available then. They helped some but seem to fail at worse time, even lexan windshield would fog at higher speeds sometimes on night runs and it would happen instantly, not a gradual movement slowly up. Man it would have been nice to have had the full face helmets, face shield and fresh air tank back then, not only for the fog problem but also the cooling air inside helmet. about pinching hose, I can relate to that when making a mistake that gets your attention you don’t forget it for a long time, because I too made a few that only happened once.
