  1. Hey all,

Anyones rides out there wearing suede flames or suede two tones? Lets see the pictures. My rides' skin is getting thin and looking for ideas. How about the photoshop guys, lets see your input.

Kool beans Rocky, it's a real treat to see a flame style a little outside the box and someone not afraid to use some real color .

Here is my '64 Pontiac Catalina conv. back in the late 80's wearing a home mix brew of lavender primer and satin white rattle can flames (it's still in this state, but faded to grey and white). This version followed a satin red laquer and white flame combo which followed red oxide and white flames laid right after I stripped it to bare metal. Someday, it will get all three primer layers sanded back off and painted a nice, shiny cranberry red...and I imagine will probably be flamed. LOL.

Here's a shot of my buddy Joseph's 51' Shoebox. He is the Owner/Operator of the Drag-n-Shop in Santa Fe Springs, Ca. His Brother David (DA Designs) laid the flames and striped the car. Notice the dragon striped on the back and if you look closely you'll see the dragon tails on the flames......nice!
