Hot Rods Hood Scoop Trim ID. thanks

    thought these were 64 GTO, but after Googling, they do not have the inserts which appear to be cast into the trim. what are they? thanks, mike roman

  7. They do look like late 60s muscle car pieces......
    .....but my search was a bust. I couldn't find a match. There were some trucks that had dual scoops, even big rigs, and school buses.

    My first thought seeing these is they are some kind of parking light or cornering light bezel, they don't look like hood scoops at all.

    they really have the shape of 64 GTO scoops, did Pontiac have a Ram Air air cleaner that year. there are some numbers on the back side I did google them with no luck . will write them down tomorrow and post them
    just googled 64 Skylark GS they have a similar scoop as GTO. will try to find a close up pic. thanks

    I woulda bet money that it was a special Ram Air option for Pontiac or Buick. thank you guys for helping

    I guess if one was talented in sheet metal fab work you could incorporate them into a hood scoop.

    Guaranteed you would have the only one like it.
