I need to start working on this project, it is a Model A roadster with a 1954 324ci olds rocket. Currently I have a tripower rochester 2G setup. I just got my hands on a 6-71 blower and have been searching high and low for an intake for it. I found one at Hampton blowers but it is polished and is $1450 (ouch). Does anyone know where I can find one, or anyone that has one they want to part with?

if you can't find one, you might want to consider having gary dyer build you one using a 2x4 intake with a plate either bolted or welded to it. the intake will probably need to be machined to make the top parallel to the crank for the drive belt

Thanks, I looked at his site and what he can do. I am lucky that I am a machinist by trade and have my own shop so I could build one if needed like you say. It will just look cleaner to have a manifold that was made for it.
