We just got a message from the Just Glad To Be Here team. New B/BGCC record 236.921. Backup run 239 with a 241 exit. Great job guys, wish we could have been there to see it! Congrats on making it into the 200 Club.
I guess now one of the other team members is going to start his licensing runs in the car, good luck Patrick!

I think that record was set in 1990. I don't know who set it and the scta-bni site is down today. There is alot of info there as far as past records.

I wish we could get some videos of all the guys at Bonneville.:) Congradulations on your run and many more in the future. I've always known about Bonneville over the years but, I never really got in to it. Now, I'd like to study it more and plan a trip out there. Do most of the guys take an RV or something? Or, are there plenty of hotels/motels? My last question to anyone here would be, can you go to Bonneville year round or, is speedweek the only time to go. Seems like going out there during cooler weather would produce better times. Over and out.

on behalf of all that were in the pits all week thanks guy,s it was a blast. I waited 50 yrs to get there and ill be back next year thanks to hooley and wz. met a lot of people there from the hamb and all over the country and believe me everyone of them helped in some way keep the car up and going. it is a lot of work to prep it after each run and tune it at 9000 feet density altitude... I am proud to have helped and as the saying goes , just glad to be here.........
