Ok, I'm back looking for another needle in a haystack. Have a V860 with edelbrock heads. Anyway , heads were pitted so i had them shaved now I need thicker head gaskets. Have to be .070-.090. If anyone has anything laying around or a source to get them it'd be awesome. Next step is custom gaskets or having the heads machined. Both very costly. But hey nothing fun is cheap I guess. Thanks in advance.

You may want to list this in the WANTED section.

Why not run double gaskets? Been doing that on my 286 stroker flathead for many years.

Was going to mention this also. As well as checking clearances.

Thanks for the replies. I think I'll just have some custom gaskets made. I had thought of doubling up but my builder was against it. He's been building engines since the Bible was written so I gotta go with that. Thanks again.
