1936 - 1938 Packard Goddess of Speed hood ornament for sale. Been in storage for more than 80 years, the story I received was the car was wrecked and this was saved as a souvenir. The chrome is flaking and shows surface rust, but there is no pitting that is common on castings such as this. Threads on the mounting stud are good. There are no cracks or breaks in the casting and all edges/points that would show damage - such as tips of wings or point of feet are in excellent condition. I've taken several very close up and magnified pictures to show the condition of the chrome so there is no question on what you are purchasing. Paypal friends and family or Venmo accepted.
