Hot Rods Daily Driving hot rod / customs

I have been driving the 55 Chevy pick up daily lately, but out of choice not necessity. The alternative is a Mini.

 

I drive both of my hotrods daily, and for all sorts of things from parts runs, to errands, to just pleasure drives. I rack up a lot of miles every year, but have to be honest that once it gets cold and rainy I park them, as I hate the way rain destroys all my hard work to keep them clean all over.

 

We are at our Winter place in AZ and I had my Avatar shipped down so I do get to drive it more often than I would if we were home in WA. but not daily.

 

I drove my cars all year, My Orange 31 had to run marine drive to work as it had less frosty blacktop in the mornings credit card to s****e the inside and outside two or three time to get to work, and filling the tank in the rumble was not fun when it rained.....most all the winter/spring. But well worth it after a **** day I always got a good mood change on the way home.
