Are there any differences between the earlier and later rear axle 1932,
has the 1933-1934 axle any advantages against 1932 axles
    Thanks Mike

Mike you have late and early 32 rearends ,early are like model a fords and have a round flange mounting the torque tube to banjo The later 32 axle is like a 33-34 rearend and scalloped at the mounting.

The late 32 axle is the same as 33-34 axles, except for the length of the driveshaft and torquetube. No strength or design changes.

Early 32 rear ends are like A models sometime mid year they changed to having a straddled mounted pinion support bearing.... Which continued thru the banjo rear end production...I believe the later Ford dropout third members with straddle mounted pinions used the same bearing in the later years,,,

    Just curious,
I was told that the ‘32 had parallel brackets for mounting the wishbones, and ‘33 - ‘34 had angled brackets, or did they change the late ‘32 to angled brackets also ? - (maybe a ford barn type questions) Anyone know ?
    Thanks !

Early 32 had parallel, later 32 turned to angled when they added the pinion support. None of the early and late parts interchange as far as I know.

Late 1932, cleaning it up before it is taken apart for a rebuild. 4C591C2F-CD71-4EAB-8AAD-C8717982DA8E.jpeg
