    Don't count,I don't have a pic!
My buddy Rosh is hardcore SBC fan an has one in his 23T,so ribs me alot!
About what he calls my "Fix Or Repair Daily"
My rod is still powered as I built it in 1959 with V8 Thunderbird "Y".
Two years ago,his SBC died on our way home from a show,an I keep a tow rope for these kind of things!
Towed him home with my "Y"Ford.
His phone dose take pic's, mine dose not ! He would not take any of our trip going home,LOL LOL:p

I like looking at everybody's projects in these pics on this thread. Diamonds in the rough or showpiece pride and joy. They're all great shots.

My son towed his father’s project coupe 350kms each way ( 700kms total ), last year so he could have his bride to be, - driven 400 metres - into their wedding venue and then have a couple of photos taken in front of it……
The smokey flathead fordor was the bridesmaids car and was actually driven the whole distance……

and for those wondering what I look like, that’s me tying it back on the trailer……:D

Roughin it, getting ready to head to Rod Run weekend at the beach. Yes, she was a trailer queen this year but I did stay in the trailer for extra credit.

It comes with that escape door and spread axles so you can walk out the side after driving in. It is called an Alcom Stealth Pinnacle. It was made in Montana, I bought it from a friend in Portland/Gresham area who is a dealer for them. And thanks!

No I bought it used. It handles fine I have over 30K trouble free miles on it. It's heavier than when I bought it as I added x-members and the 63" semi sleeper. Here's a couple of other loads P1020787 (500x375).jpg DSCN3353.JPG

  22. Taboo travels in comfort whenever it heads out to a show. The trailer is pretty much fitted to just this car and its just nice that most of the others fit. Came up with a way to be able to carry the entire show display within the trailer and not have it damage anything.

The only time on a trailer, a bit too far to drive from SoCal to the South Carolina coast. This was a happy day after not seeing her for a few months during our adventures and coast to coast move.

  30. A friend of mine had a partially built 64 Pontiac, no fenders, doors, hood, motor, trans, interior, and needed to get it to a workshop a few miles away, so we came up with a plan to tow it, with me in the Pontiac, early in the morning. This was because the road we needed to use was a very busy main road, that's where the shop was, and we wanted to keep away from the traffic. It is illegal to tow a vehicle with another here, it must go on a trailer or 1 axle up behind a truck . So we set off at about 6:30 a.m., and the first intersection we get to, the lights are out, and a cop is in the middle of the road, directing traffic. He waves the tow car around the corner, not realizing there was a car being towed behind, and when he sees me, sitting on a crate, going around the corner, I just shrug my shoulders and we just kept going. He couldn't leave his post directing traffic and chase us, so he was stuck there, and we sailed off down the road. The look of surprise / frustration on his face was priceless.
