Finally found a B5A-5001 mounting kit. It is complete and looks great. Found the last one they had on the shelf, very old and dusty, according to the helpful salesman there.
www.EarlyFordStore.com, 108 W. Bonita Ave., San Dimas, California 91773 I had ordered a kit from Concours Parts & Accessories on Aug. 21 and waited and waited. Finally, on Nov. 22, they notified me that the kit was on back order and refunded my money. Only took them a month to let me know. After calling all the different places I found on the net, Early Ford Store came through. Thanks.

Like I said, kit looks great and was sealed and complete. However the instruction is not informative enough. My car had previously been worked on and the mounts it had were not original, so I don't have the old stuff to go by. This kit has square pads, round rubber washers which appear to go together, but there are thick metal washers and "star washers" and I don't have any idea what the mounting sequence is.

I think the square pad goes on top and the rubber washer through the brace and square pad, underneath, but I'm lost on the washers. Finally almost ready to mount the body back on the frame. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Do you have everything in the 'Each Kit Contains' list? It looks pretty self explanatory to me!

Everything is in the kit. Glad all is self explanatory to you, but it's not to me! If if had been, I wouldn't have asked for help. Just thought one of you guys had installed one of these kits recently and could provide some direction on the sequence of the of the washers and which side up on the star washers.

This is how I did it, The square pad is sandwiched between the body and frame, I used the round rubber under the lip of the frame and then the washer, then the star washer, turn so it digs in on the washer then the nut, the bolt goes inside the car. HRP
