Imagine that, a "g***er" without a beam axle.
And dig the gold tint five spokes.
That car checks all the boxes for me!
In the early 70's a friend of mines' daily driver was a green 55 two door wagon with one of those plexigl*** hood scoops in red (see-thru), pretty sure it had been a drag car here in the PNW.

 

Green with a red scoop.... sounds like one of my '55 chevy A/FX slot cars.....

Have seen pieces & parts fall off the Iron Man at the Meltdown drags when he came down for a hard landing, but they didn't gather themselfs up and jump back on the car like in the movies

 

Where was I when this was for sale......I have been looking for this quality and prep car for years.
